What We Did?

To automate corporate communication processes, we developed a high-capability chatbot architecture using the Slack Bolt SDK. The system works fully integrated with external services like Jira and Zendesk.

Slash commands and interactive Block Kit components enabled employees to complete their daily reporting via Slack in seconds. Live data flow was maintained with Firebase Realtime DB.
