We built a high-availability, fault-tolerant e-commerce infrastructure for the retail sector on the Amazon (AWS) platform. A completely serverless architecture was preferred using Lambda and API Gateway.

This approach allowed us to reduce costs by 60% while meeting instantaneous traffic spikes during campaign periods with zero latency. Global data consistency was guaranteed through the use of DynamoDB.
